Botany Cooling Tower 1 Replacement

JANDU's marquee Australian delivery: project management from design through execution of the new Air Separator Unit 3, incorporating two new cold boxes, together with the demolition of the old, decommissioned ASU1 plant to clear the site. A full-lifecycle engagement — from removing an end-of-life asset to standing up a new production plant — that ties the preceding site upgrades together: the HV reticulation and larger air compressor were provisioned to support the new plant's load.

The Perth MRF (South Guildford, WA) is one of the Southern Hemisphere's most advanced recycling plants, capable of processing up to 250,000 tonnes of commingled recyclables a year. Pit covers and enclosed sorting cabins directly support operator safety and sorting quality in a high-throughput MRF.
